2. import an xps file to markup
Start Mark^Up Tools and click the "Import XPS" toolbar button.
When the Open file dialog window appears, navigate to the file location and click Open to begin the import.
use the shape tools...
Select a shape tool and click and drag.
Settings can be adjusted before or after element creation. Whatever settings are made after element creation will apply to that and subsequent elements.
add plain or multi-font text
Plain text annotation.
The Text tool background is transparent.
Multi-font text annotation.
Text background can be transparent or white with a border.
create comments that can be exported
Comments are text messages associated with a layer and a sequential identification number.
All comments can be exported in a spreadsheet-friendly format or printed in a Comments Report.
insert forms created as images...
Save a form as a JPEG image and insert it using the ImagePad tool.
Insert text fields in the form to accept sign-off initials, dates, etc.
use clouds and their fill patterns
